These terms govern the use of AI Visibility Engine and related services offered by AI Agentic Authority.
1. Service nature
AI Visibility Engine provides diagnostic, analytical, and advisory output designed to help businesses understand how AI systems may interpret, trust, and recommend them. It is not a guarantee engine.
2. No guarantee of rankings or recommendations
We do not guarantee search rankings, recommendation placement, traffic levels, revenue results, or inclusion inside any third-party AI platform, search engine, or shopping environment.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. You also remain responsible for business decisions, implementation decisions, and the use of any recommendations provided.
4. Payments and service access
Paid services such as the Full Diagnostic, Reconstruction, and Optimization are governed by the checkout terms presented at purchase. Access to paid deliverables begins only after confirmed payment.
5. Intellectual property
All site design, copy, system structure, diagnostic logic, and branded material belong to AI Agentic Authority unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or republish the system as your own.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AI Agentic Authority is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from the use of the site or services.
